These units were recently retired from service due to a change in the facility physical plant. Multiple buildings will share a central chiller system, therefore these units are no longer required** The HCFC-22 refrigerant and oil was removed 09/25/07. Eddy Current and Oil Analysis recently performed. Both with good results !!
These units are in excellent cosmetic and very good operating condition, They have been under a maintenance contract since new installation in 1996. Operating and Maintenance Manuals included. Also included: Service and Repair Records
